Telkee, Aladdin, and Key
Master Products Will Now be Produced in Columbus, Ohio Facility
Effective November 28, 2005 all key
management products including Telkee, Aladdin, and KeyMaster
will be produced in our Columbus, Ohio facility. In order to
help reduce our cost we have decided to close our Dover,
Delaware plant and merge this production into our plant in
Columbus, Ohio. We will greatly miss the Telkee staff that has
serviced your account in the past, but we feel this move will
help to improve our service levels in customer service.
Also, effective immediately, our Telkee
customer service department in Columbus, Ohio will process any
new orders and answer any questions pertaining to existing
orders. It is our intention to make this transition as seamless
as possible.
