Ke-Master
Ke-Master is a system designed to control and provide security for a large number of keys. This basic form of key control utilizes a single and two tag method.
Ke-Master’s numbered single tag system is tracked with a numerical index card. To borrow a key, an “Out-Key” tag is placed in the slot where the original key was stored. Thus, the location of every key is always known.
Ke-Master’s single key tag systems hold 10 to 400 keys, while the two tag systems hold 20 to 230. The 20 gauge steel cabinets are available in a gray or tan finish, except the Slim Line which comes in almond or gray.
“Complete System” includes the following components as STANDARD.
KE-MASTER - Two tag system with key collection envelopes, permanent key tags, temporary key tags, receipt tags, cross reference index cards and key loan register.

Single Tag System
Numerical single tag systems are tracked with a numerically
numbered index card. The economic single tag system provides
convenience and a reasonable level of security. |

Double Tag
System
Double key filing allows the permanent key to remain secure in
the cabinet while the temporary key is loaned. The permanent key
is used only to make duplicates. Dual tag systems utilize a
three-way cross index system that records keys by number, hook
and alphabetically. The register enables the user to have
knowledge of the location of each key. |
