Telkee Management Systems are simple, efficient and systematic methods for filing your keys. They give you complete control, along with security and convenience.

The keys in this line are numerically coded, so they are identifiable and accessible only to authorized personnel. The risk of theft is decreased to an absolute minimum.

Whether you use 20 or 2,240 keys, Telkee has the system that’s right for you. Telkee is the key management leader with more wholesale distribution and brand recognition than any other manufacturer of key control products. The 18 gauge steel cabinets are available in a gray enamel finish.

“Complete System” includes the following components as STANDARD
TELKEE - Includes key gathering envelopes, hook labels, permanent key tags, temporary key tags, signature receipt forms, visible index and instruction book.

	Single Tag System Numerical single tag systems are tracked with a numerically numbered index card. The economic single tag system provides convenience and a reasonable level of security.
	Double Tag System Double key filing allows the permanent key to remain secure in the cabinet while the temporary key is loaned. The permanent key is used only to make duplicates. Dual tag systems utilize a three-way cross index system that records keys by number, hook and alphabetically. The register enables the user to have knowledge of the location of each key.
